Description: The subject of the project was to design the facade of a residential building. The owner had a great interest in using red brick in the facade as well as a desire for a modern look. He had already obtained the permit for building plans and wanted a different facade design for the existing approved plans. Based on the limitations imposed by the pre-approved plans and his budget, I designed a brick facade with a running band of yellow stone from the bottom to top. It's worth noting that they varied the design during construction especially the building entrance and the balconies.
